Save 15% when you book your pets in for more than 3 walks/week, billed up front for the month.
DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?
We ADORE referral business. Send your friends our way and save 5% off your invoice.
*discount is only applicable once referral client has received their first invoice, discount CAN be combined should you have multiple referrals.
Do you walk intact dogs?
Yes we do! We are happy to accept intact dogs, however they are admitted into pack walks on a case by case basis.
HOW EARLY CAN MY PUP START WALKS?
Your puppy needs to be fully vaccinated before they are allowed to join our pack walks, we offer private puppy visits where we may take your dog out for short walks to get accustomed to their leash.
We do not have an age restriction for dogs joining our walks however it is important to note that all of our walks are an hour in length and this can be too much exercise at once depending on the breed of your puppy.
what is a consultation?
You must book a consultation with us before we can start working with your pet. This allows us to get to know you, your house rules, and gain an understanding of what you are looking to accomplish by hiring a dog walker/pet sitter.
We will run through our service agreement during our meet & greet so that you understand what you're signing up for. We ask that you have a spare key for us in time for this meeting as well (if you are in a condo that requires fob access, you will also need to provide a fob - we are unable to let security buzz us in as this places a burden on their existing list of responsibilities).
What happens when there is bad weather?
Our team walks rain or shine. If your pup gets messy in bad weather, we will tidy them up as best we can before dropping them home.
In extreme weather conditions, all walks are reduced to 30 minutes. (below -20ºC for the average pup or below -30ºC with winter breeds, and above +30ºC)
